Opportunity starts with education.

An SBCC education strengthens families, builds community, increases earning potential, and supports extraordinary achievement. In short, it changes lives.

For more than 40 years, donors have been working with the SBCC Foundation to bridge the gap between what public funds provide and what is needed to build a truly great college – from the library to the stadium to the theatre to the classroom.

When you invest in the SBCC Foundation, you ensure that our region’s future teachers, entrepreneurs, scientists, artists, engineers, nurses, chefs, and other professionals have the tools they need to achieve their goals.

Support the SBCC Promise »
Launched by the SBCC Foundation in 2016, the SBCC Promise provides  local high school graduates with the opportunity to attend SBCC full-time free of charge, for up to two years. By removing financial barriers, the SBCC Promise is making our community’s college fully accessible to any local student who is willing to make the necessary commitment. The Promise is funded entirely by private donations. Over 5,000 students have already benefited from the program. Your support makes it possible!
