The SBCC Foundation produces a number of events each year to celebrate student success, raise funds for student support programs, scholarships and the SBCC Promise, and to connect with the community.
Spring Forward! Gala
The Foundation’s annual Spring Forward! Gala celebrates Santa Barbara City College and the many ways it serves, educates, and inspires students and our community. This anticipated event brings people together for a spectacular evening and raises much-needed funds for student success programs, the SBCC Promise, scholarships and books grants, and more. We are grateful to all of our generous sponsors, donors, and attendees! The outpouring of support every year has been incredible, as we witness once again how vital SBCC is to our community.
President’s Circle Events
Members of the SBCC Foundation President’s Circle receive invitations to special campus and community events, and regular updates on the Foundation and College. Members provide the core support that enables the Foundation to raise the funds necessary to ensure that SBCC remains an extraordinary institution of higher learning with opportunity for all. Campus Conversations
Campus Conversations are virtual discussions hosted by the SBCC Foundation covering current topics of interest to the SBCC community and featuring speakers from a variety of campus departments and programs, followed by a Q&A.
